WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds/returns at this time. As a new business we do not have the means to accept product returns. We are hoping to offer returns/refunds in the future. We hope you can understand and consider supporting our business in helping the mission to provide safe water for all global citizens.

WHAT KIND OF SHIPPING IS OFFERED?

We offer free shipping to any location in the United States! Unfortunately we cannot ship international orders for free at this moment, but we are looking to expand in the future to allow for this. However, if you are very interested in getting a product internationally, navigate to the "Contact" section and send us a note and we will try to accommodate!

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We ship out of Westchester, New York. This is a county just north of New York City. The mail system works at the same rate here as any other metropolitan/suburban area!

HOW LONG IS PROCESSING?

Processing can take anywhere from 1-4 days. We are entirely a team of high schoolers and often find ourselves needing to study for tests, or tending to our other daily responsibilities. We hope you can understand that we want to deliver a product that we feel proud of, and a longer processing time is sometimes necessary!
